Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Connect with clients from multiple lead sources • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our VIP presentation • Submit offers weighted in your client's favor • Negotiate offers best price and terms, home inspections, and due diligence. Using our proven best practices • Attend closings with clients • Attend weekly in-person team meetings and training • Repeat the process for success and celebrate the wins with your team • Have fun Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • A Real Estate License required • Personal accountability • Be a team player - WE are bigger than ME • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth - understand failure is an opportunity to learn • A proven record of sales experience and success in achieving your goals • Strong time management skills and highly organized • Willingness to LEARN new tools, systems, and technology • Self-motivation to tackle consistent actions Compensation: $50,000+ EOD
