Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation: $25/hour
