    The Experience We’d Love To See:

    • Success as a manager or team leader in a design or sales oriented environment

    • Proven leadership in a showroom or retail environment with a focus on selling, not just customer service

    • Comfortable managing vendor relationships and display logistics

    • Helpful, but not required: Experience in high-end products like plumbing fixtures, hardware, or luxury appliances

    • Bonus points for experience with HubSpot, SpecsBuilder/Unilog, and buying group dynamics

    What You’ll Get To Do:

    • Build strategic relationships with custom builders, remodelers, and designers

    • Shape your own sales playbook with HubSpot, training systems, and follow-ups

    • Own vendor communication, product training, and showroom merchandising

    • Coach and develop your team into top-performing sales consultants

    • Hire and develop your own sales consultants as the business grows
