URGENTLY HIRING IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!
STARTING AT $18.00 PER HOUR
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing customer service for Import customers to ensure they receive up-to-date cargo tracking information and on-time delivery of import cargo.
Job Duties:
- Prepare the shipping file for billing upon completion of delivery
- Processes orders received by mail, fax, e-mail, EDI from customer or company employee
- Examine records such as bills of lading and related documents and correspondence and inform the customer of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer using e-mail and/or telephone.
Qualifications:
- Two years Customer Service experience in Import or similar type industries.
- SAP experience is preferred but not required.
- At least one year of experience processing orders, transactions, and or requests.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Previous customer service experience Logistics knowledge/experience.
