A&S Construction is expanding and looking for skilled professionals to increase our service bandwidth. We are seeking experienced and reliable Siding Subcontractors. As a Siding Subcontractor, you will be responsible for installing siding materials according to project specifications and timelines. You must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and maintaining a professional approach on the job site.

NOTE* This is not a W2 position, this position is strictly 1099 and requires proof of Workers Compensation insurance.

Pay Ranges

$130 to $180 per Square

Key Responsibilities

Install various types of siding (e.g., vinyl, hardie, wood, etc.) with precision and efficiency.

Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain clear communication with the project manager and team members.

Use and maintain tools and equipment effectively.

Review and interpret project plans and specifications.

Ensure job site cleanliness and proper disposal of materials.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during installation promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in siding installation

Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.

Valid insurance (Workers Compensation & Liability).

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Time management and organizational skills.
