Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative at Caliber Signs and Imaging, a leading manufacturer of custom signs and graphics! We have a big heart for our employees and provide a fun and caring work environment. In this office based role, you'll be the first point of contact for new customer inquiries, helping bring their branding visions to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Customer Communication: Answering phone and email inquiries, understanding customer needs, client consultation, maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues and providing excellent service.

Quoting & Closing Sales: Preparing quotes, following up with customers, and closing sales.

Project Coordination: Scheduling installations, managing production timelines, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Team Support: Assisting project managers with sales support tasks and coordinating workflow with our designers and production team.

Office Management: Ordering materials & supplies and maintaining organization within the office.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in the sign industry

Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe is a plus but not required.

Strong organizational skills, process oriented and attention to detail.

Contribute to process improvements, workflow efficiency and quality standards.

An outgoing, friendly personality with a team-oriented attitude and plenty of energy!
