Job duties

Customer service, reception, consultations, developing quotations and closing sales following our core “Customer Service Philosophy’s.”

Sign and Production layout and design for all companies.

Graphic Design

Proof-reading and editing all documentation

Processing and paperwork.

Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.

Management of media profile

Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional.

To use our time tracking software daily

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area.

Procedures and policies are the same for all companies.

Other projects, jobs as needed.

Minimum qualifications

VERY detail-oriented and organized.

Adobe Illustrator or CAD design software experience

Good understanding comfort with dimensions and measurements.

Comfortable with Imperial or Metric measurements and decimals or fractions and conversion

Excellent communication and managerial skills

Ability to embrace and encourage the team spirit and image using our Customer Service Philosophy’s

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Must be able to withstand a reference check for credibility and a background check.

Track record with a proven ability to win, close deals and lead a department.

Energetic, expressive & pleasant personality

Solid computer skills with ability to learn and Sign making technique.

Preferred qualifications:

Understanding of Company Sign layout philosophy

Project Production Coordinator production operations experience

Consultation or Sales experience and/or one year of supervisory experience or equal.

Background in vinyl creation and application

Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design etc.

Solid Understanding of FONT selection and management

Solid understanding of Color management

Experience with GRAPHTEC 9000-160 plotter/cutter and GRAPHTEC Cutting Master 5 and Onyx RIP software.

Experience with large format digital printing, HP365 or equal

Understanding of Media profiles and how to manage them.

Experience with Roll over laminating table.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based computer systems

Sign maker experience

Adobe Creative Cloud experience
