At FASTSIGNS, we solve visual communication challenges. Using a proven selling system, state-of-the art technology and innovative thinking, we design and create sign and graphic solutions to help businesses, organizations or events achieve their objectives and look great doing so.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Customer experience from "Quote to Cash" - inquiry, consultation, quotation, creative, production, delivery and collection.
Evaluate and maximize quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Oversee project management process to ensure on-time delivery
Facilitate daily production meeting with staff to review work in process.
Manage inventory and purchasing process.
Manage the inside and outside sales team
Resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Monitor and/or perform center opening and closing procedures.
Complete reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking).
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
