Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sign/Graphic Project Manager to oversee the design, production, and installation of custom signage. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities
- File Management: Set up, modify, and proof sign and graphic-related files.
- May be Some Travel Involved
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and elevations to guide project execution.
- Collaboration: Work with vendors, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless project management.
- Logistics: Manage sourcing and logistics to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Site Surveys: Travel as needed to survey and assess interior build-outs.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CorelDraw experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience - Hands-on installation of signs and graphics.
- Experience with production processes for signage and graphics.
- Monday – Friday 8:30 to 4:30
