Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sign & Graphic Designer to create, modify, and oversee the design of custom signage. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in design software, proficient in working with blueprints and elevations, and committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• File Management: Set up, modify, and proof sign and graphic-related files.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Design and scale plans using blueprints and elevations.
• Color & Print Profiling: Ensure accurate colors and printer profiles for production.
• Preflighting: Prepare and verify files for production.
• Collaboration: Assist in developing manuals for subcontractor installations and work closely with production teams.
• Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and excellent service.
• Organization: Maintain a structured workflow to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CorelDraw experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to design and scale using blueprints and elevations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Production processes for signage and graphics.
• Hands-on installation of signs and graphics.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
