Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints
Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team
Commitment to wearing protective safety gear for heat, noise, and prevention of injury on the job site
Read detailed construction drawings and follow defined processes for project tracking
Use of a computer/laptop/tablet project status tracking
Work well with a team of subcontractors and a supervisor
Travel to customer location (approx. 15% out of state)
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with hand tools such as power drills, hammers, and saws
Ability to perform repetitive actions using your hands, arms, wrists, fingers, legs, or other body parts
Ability to continuously go up and down a ladder
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Willingness to learn installation skills
Comfortable working alone/independently
Steady hands and ability to balance well even on high beams or scaffolding
Ability to dig holes using post-hole digger or powered auger as needed
Basic technology skills – familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft office, etc.
Requirements:
High school graduate
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pass drug screen on day 1
Pass background screen
Ideal candidates will also possess:
Extreme reliability and consistency
Experience with low voltage power
Prior signage installation experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
Scaffold erection experience
