Mortgage Loan Scheduler Employment type: Contractor Signing Services of America, a nationwide mortgage loan signing company located in the SunTrust Park region of Cobb County is seeking individuals to schedule and coordinate mortgage loan closings in our fast-paced corporate office. Job duties Data entry into a subscribed scheduling software Assign, hire and manage all (closing agents) attorneys and notary publics Communicate/coordinate with all closing agent's, client representatives and borrowers via email or telephone Respond and resolve to loan closing issues Assist/support closing agents as needed Maintain all work-related logs Follow up on all loan closings Attend and participate in staff meetings/trainings Education High School graduate preferred. Some college ok, but not required. Skills/Knowledge required Knowledge of the Settlement Industry a plus!!! Experience with mortgage loan documents a plus!!! Organized, self-starter Must be computer literate Type 35 wpm Advanced Microsoft Suite skills ie; Outlook, Word and Excel Superior attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain deadlines Punctual Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills and etiquette via oral, telephone and email Have a "can do" attitude, be a team player Critical thinking, follow up and multi-tasking skills Compensation Package Salary: TBD Paid weekly through direct deposit 5-day work week, 2nd shift 4pm-11pm, 1 Sat., every 6 weeks Paid on the job training Aflac Supplement Health Insurance company paid after 30 days of employment Paid 5-day vacation after 1 year of employment
