Job Description

SILENT KNIGHT SECURITY is a locally owned Life Safety Call Center based in St. Louis Park. We are seeking Call Center Operator/Dispatchers for immediate full and part-time employment.

PAY: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

SHIFTS: 1st Shift (6:30-2:30) and 2nd Shift (2:30-10:30) including weekends

DUTIES INCLUDE – BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Monitor data received on signal receiving equipment.
• Notify police/fire department or other designated responding agents.
• Handle incoming phone calls from customers and field personnel.
• Notifying clients of alarms/troubles
• Assisting clients with basic trouble shooting
• Data entry to update information on client accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service, call center or dispatch experience helpful (not required)
• Typing / Basic Computer skills (Minimum 35-40 wpm)
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Be very reliable and have the flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to work first shift M-F for 1-2 weeks for training
