We currently have over 52,000 Instagram followers, and 82,000 followers on Facebook and we are looking to double those numbers in the next 12-18 months. The ideal candidate is well-versed in establishing brand identity, creating optimized content across multiple social media and web platforms, and has deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends, as well as the ability to connect with influencers in our industry. Compensation: • $60,000 per year plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacations and holidays Responsibilities: • Expand our online brand and enhance our connections with the artist community • Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities • Coordinate, schedule, promote, and run regular Live events with artists via Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube • Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content • Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube • Deliver monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics and social platforms and advise on improvements • Serve as the primary point of contact for the public, proactively managing daily posting and strategy • Expand and Maintain activities and customer connections on Instagram, Instagram Shop, Facebook, Facebook Shop, YouTube, and others as we grow • Ensure brand consistency and a high level of engagement for all channels • Manage the Ambassador/Educator program which encompasses both in-person as well as social media influencers around the world, with the intention of driving global sales through both our wholesale distribution network as well as direct marketplace channels • Send regular, creative mass email marketing to our opt-in email distribution list • Facilitate a secure and highly organized cloud storage folder containing all user-generated content for the purpose of future repurposing • Monitor and research what industry leaders are doing in social media to keep our brand on the cutting edge of technology and trends • Attend industry and consumer trade shows in the US and other countries to interact with influencers and consumers who want to learn more about our brand Qualifications: • 3+ years of social media management • Proven track record of growing audience • E-commerce experience is a plus • Experience working in a small business environment • Knowledge of web design and website management • Video and digital photo editing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Great time management skills • Self-motivator who likes to win • Sense of ownership with high attention to detail in data review/study, strategy execution, and the impact it has on the company’s success • Strong MS-Office skills • Work authorization to work in the United States • Be available for domestic and international travel Compensation: $60,000 per year
