We are currently hiring for the position of Office Coordinator in our Northern Nevada locations.
An Office Coordinator is a very important part of the team. He/She functions as an assistant to a Licensed Funeral Arranger in order to help him/her fulfill his/her responsibilities. He/She may be one of the first persons a grieving person contacts after the loss of a loved one.
This is an especially sensitive time for our clients; therefore, professionalism in an office setting is paramount. A successful candidate will possess excellent character traits for reliability, responsibility, attitude and personality. The candidate must be detail oriented and proficient in handling client intake in person and over-the-phone. He/she must also have a good attitude towards their work, co-workers and clients.
The job requires proficient knowledge of common office technology, such as phones, computers, fax machines, etc. Professionalism and proper office etiquette and decorum must be maintained at all times.
