    SINGLE POINT ENROLLMENT SOLUTIONS OF SOUTH FLORIDA IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SERVICE-ORIENTED ADDITION TO JOIN THEIR TEAM THAT WILL EMBRACE OUR COMPANY'S CORE VALUES. THE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR ASSURES QUALITY AND TIMELY SERVICE DELIVERY FOR EXISTING AND NEW CLIENTS.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9 A.M. TO 5 P.M.
    • HANDLING ALL ACCOUNT RELATED QUESTIONS AND SERVICE REQUESTS.
      • BILLING
      • CLAIMS
      • EMPLOYEE CHANGES
    • FOCUS ON CLIENT NEEDS: ANTICIPATE, UNDERSTAND, AND RESPOND TO THE NEEDS OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENTS TO MEET OR EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONAL PARAMETERS.
    • AUDIT CLIENT INVOICES / REPORTS
    • REPLY TO GENERAL INFORMATION REQUESTS WITH ACCURATE AND TIMELY INFORMATION
    • BE AVAILABLE FOR OCCASIONAL FIELD WORK IN CLIENT LOCATIONS
    • CREATES AND MODIFIES VARIOUS DOCUMENTS USING MICROSOFT OFFICE, ESPECIALLY EXCEL/PUBLISHER
    • COORDINATES MEETINGS AND CONFERENCE CALLS AS NEEDED OR ANTICIPATED.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED
    • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND/OR INSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE SUPPORT IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
    • PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK (EXCEL, IN PARTICULAR)
    • ENGLISH/SPANISH (A PLUS)
    • 2-15 HEALTH, LIFE & ANNUITIES LICENSE (A PLUS)
