JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individual will be a member of the sales team. The primary responsibility is to manage customized services for US-based customers, which includes but is not limited to:

• Work with the local sales rep to sell customized services;
• Establish and maintain relationships with the clients
• Directly work with the clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure completion of the project and delivery of the finished products and reports
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT:

• A Ph.D. degree from a biomedical discipline;
• Training experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is preferred;
• Have a good understanding of biologic research, drug discovery, and diagnostics field, and the relevant technologies, products, and services (manager only);
• Ability to learn fast;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong Communication Skills;
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred
