Social Media Manager (SMM):
Your day-to-day will include running point on content, engagement, and growth strategies and tactics for up to three food, beverage and/or spirits clients. Candidates need to excel at project and team management, as we will support you with a full creative team (video, photography and graphic design), paid social analyst guidance, an influencer management department, and a group of directors to help ensure that you stick the landing for the brands you work with.

Responsibilities
The best Social Media Manager has an innate ability for doing, for making, and for running the show. By this, we mean exemplifying a "roll-up your sleeves and get'er done" attitude while thinking proactively about how to improve the process at every step.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for up to three clients. Manage relationships artfully, and build trust and confidence while positioning Sircle Media as a strategic resource and partner for business growth.
- Account Management: As an SMM you are responsible for quality control for all client deliverables. Ensure that project information and deliverables are accurate, complete, and timely. Deliver top-quality metrics and reporting focused on business impact and actionable insights.
- Strategic planning: Responsible for all elements of the strategic planning process: creative development, executing collaborations with brands and influencers, flawless client presentations and tactical implementation. Recommend strategic programming to drive business to meet/exceed forecasts while executing programs within budget. And the ability to identify opportunity and drive home additional business.
- Team Management: Direct and assign tasks as needed across design, paid, associate and intern teams; monitor flow of all jobs. Act as a mentor and leader, providing regular feedback.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other SMMs to cross-pollinate best practices and learnings for the benefit of other client accounts. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Director for strategic direction and guidance of your accounts.
The non-negotiables
- Experience working in marketing with a CPG or spirits brand (agency and/or brand-side)
- Expert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to make the numbers tell a story and interpret metrics for executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to act as a consultant to Director and C-Level executives.
- Deep understanding of leading-edge social, content, and influencer marketing practices and activations within the industry.
- Experience in creating TikTok videos, either personally or for a brand, that follow top trends and tell a story
- Experience pitching and negotiating with influencers a plus
- A genuine passion for the health and wellness space
- Strong project management skills when it comes to overseeing multiple accounts
- Confidence in a client-facing role so you can answer any question about social media in a professional manner while also maintaining a “bro-out” type relationship with them
- Ability to delegate tasks across multiple departments to get the job done

** Photographer (Creative Lead):**
As a creator with Sircle Media you will be working directly with clients and our in-house team of creators to concept/ideate for a wide range of brands, stage, photograph and edit a large range of products, and provide art direction to other creators/designers on the team. The ideal candidate will be able to grow into a role in which they will be the main creative point of contact and will speak with and present content directly to clients and report their feedback to the team.
We only want candidates who can provide a portfolio with examples of photos and videos created for products, especially in the CPG, beverage or Spirit verticals.
Our ideal candidate is smart, social and easy going. We like collaborators, thinkers and idea sharers. We don't just want order takers. We want people who want to proactively contribute.
Responsibilities:
- Product photography for multiple brands
- Collaboration with Social Media Manager partners
- Collaboration with other creatives across disciplines to bring ideas to life
- Concept and asset ideation
- Prop sourcing
- Editing/retouching photos
- Understanding and implementing clients’ brand guidelines
- Inventory of products
- Sometimes being in front of the camera (hands/torso- no faces required)
- Providing art direction and creative feedback to other creatives/designers on the team
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Client facing experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Time management and ability to organize your own schedule
- Basic proficiency in stop motion
- Memory/data organization
- DSLR (full frame preferred) or Mirrorless camera
- Studio lighting (strobe or continuous)
- Proficiency in CaptureOne, Photoshop, Lightroom
- Basic food styling
- Project Management tool experience is a plus (Asana, Slack, Basecamp)
- Videography (studio and/or UGC)-being able to stage and shoot micro content scenes for brands is a plus
- Graphic Design - not required but a bonus skill
** Motion Graphics Designer**
A Motion Graphics Animator will be responsible for creating short form motion graphics and 3D product animations to help develop and expand our client’s presence across new and existing platforms. We have a full creative team to help support and supplement the role and we also give candidates a ton of autonomy to be their most creative self.
The right candidate must be excited about working with emerging brands to tell their story and share their journey. They should be someone who already follows brands they admire on social, and is always thinking about ways they’d elevate their content. They must also have a desire to tackle new content trends, rather than just playing it safe and going along with old ones.
This candidate must have demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics and graphic design for products. It is a must to have a strong understanding of how to translate a brand’s unique look and feel into these animations and be able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent people skills to be able to interface with clients for feedback and approvals as well as good time management skills are a must.
We are not looking for a character animator for this role, rather someone who can create content that looks like the work found on our website and Instagram account.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end production of social media content, including creative (graphics, video, and curation) with access to an in-house studio, equipment and cross-functional support from a team of designers for projects within a timely turnaround.
- Support community management with proactive ideation and implementation of high-quality assets
- Constantly coming up with new, out-of-the-box ideas to make our clients known as a producer of engaging, relatable content
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a fast-paced design job, internship or freelance position being an owner of creating successful, innovative social content
- A knack for creating and identifying compelling content and clever concepts
- You're witty, get online culture and how brands use social networks
- You're a self-starter who is interested in identifying and creating your own projects while working well with a team
- You spend most of your day in, After Effects, and are very familiar Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
- You know how to do 3D animation in either Blender or Cinema 4D. You are aware of the entire production pipeline from modeling to rendering/compositing in After Effects.
- Strong graphic design and animation skills, and interest in branding
- Experience creating daily video content for social platforms
- Strong understanding of how to make impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms
- Understands the ins and outs of making video content for social platforms (sequence settings, key-framing, captioning graphics)
- You have a very strong work ethic, positive attitude
- You are able to adapt to change quickly
- Strong communication skills comfortable asking for feedback and or trying to move projects in different creative directions
