Site Ascend is a demand generation agency servicing the world's largest technology companies. Our clients rely on Site Ascend to set them qualified appointments with key decision makers within their target demographic. An ISR pitches solutions ranging from cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure to roles that consists of CIO's, VP's IT, and Director's IT.
This is a role for a fast learning individual that has a monstrous attitude towards rejection. An individual that thrives off the close and willingness to not be denied.
COMPENSATION:
- Salary
- Commission per occurred appointment
- Monthly bonus based on performance
- Ability to get promoted up to 3 times
If you max out the current compensation plan, an individual can earn around $180,000 per year.

- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace
- Intense motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create meetings
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years’ experience [or relevant internship] in a customer-facing role a plus (training provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Set appointments with key decision-makers
- Record and track activities, notes, and feedback in the CRM for each outreach and conversation
- Work closely and collaboratively with clients’ Field Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect plans
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (150+ outbound calls per day)
- Schedule online and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representatives
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques to consistently hit monthly goals
- Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings
