As a Site Coordinator at LTYC, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our young members to learn, grow, and thrive. - Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, coordinating programs, and building strong relationships with students and staff. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations at the site, including coordinating schedules and activities for youth participants. • Develop and implement programs that align with the organization's mission and goals. • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and staff members. • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet performance goals and outcomes. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a related field. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficient in GSuite and other relevant software. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
