    Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Landover Hills, MD is in search of a dedicated Site Coordinator to join our passionate team. We are committed to empowering the youth of today to become the leaders of tomorrow. Please bear in mind that this is a Part-Time role. Join us at LTYC as a Site Coordinator where you will have a vital role in fostering a secure and encouraging setting for our young members to gain knowledge, develop, and flourish. Your duties will involve supervising daily activities, organizing programs, and establishing strong connections with both students and staff. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations at the site, including coordinating schedules and activities for youth participants. • Develop and implement programs that align with the organization's mission and goals. • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and staff members. • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet performance goals and outcomes. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a related field. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficient in GSuite and other relevant software. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
