    Job Overview The Site Director is responsible for the management of all aspects of the B2R school to which he/she is assigned.

    Duties Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    · Recruits, hires, manages and evaluates faculty

    · Ensures development and management of complex schedules of classes, staff, faculty and students via Harmony website

    · Monitors student and faculty attendance and ensures timely implementation of all schedules

    · Administers the school’s payroll, billing, collections and retail sales

    · Monitors school’s budget and expenditures

    · Acts as liaison with the owner/operator/manager of the facility or complex in which the school is located

    · Responsible for supervision and timely opening and closing of the school

    · Responsible for retail space being maintained, restocked and regularly inventoried

    · Responsible for site being cleaned, organized, and repaired at all times

    · Assists with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for the school

    · Plans, implements and participates in community outreach/events

    Observes and evaluates music teachers

    · A deep interest in music and music education

    · Musical training beyond the amateur level in at least one instrument is preferred

    · Ability to work well with young people

    · Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituents

    · Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping procedures

    · Ability to operate basic office equipment, i.e. telephones, photocopiers and computers

    · Ability to use all relevant computer software (Microsoft Office, etc) proficiently, and the ability to learn to use B2R’s specialized systems

    · Ability to be physically present at the school during its hours of operation

    · Ability to pass a background check

    Education, Work Experience and/or Licensure

    · Bachelor’s degree required and graduate degree preferred in a related field (i.e. business, management, music, etc.)

    · Business management and administrative experience is required

    · Record keeping and time tracking experience is required

    · Supervisory experience is required

    · Event planning experience

    Language Skills

    · Must be proficient in English speaking and writing skills

    · Additional languages are desirable

    Physical Demands

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
