We have an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join our team as an Interior Graphics Application Specialist! This position requires strong concern for the quality and accuracy of work with a results-oriented focus. The work involves critical and technical thinking, problem-solving, installation of branding elements, and follow through. As an Interior Graphics Application Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing on-site operations and performing wall graphics and signage element application services at client locations.

It is imperative that you are a self-driven individual that works well both independently and in a team setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with displaying strong attention to detail. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and direct others.

Site Enhancement Services (SES) provides site branding consulting services to the nation’s largest retail, hospitality, financial, and service companies. SES provides the opportunity to be part of a small, yet energetic company, where you are part of a team that works closely together to make a tangible impact. While our offices are located in Florida and Indiana, SES has clients spread throughout the country.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct field personnel to ensure quality work is performed and the final product meets or exceeds client standards.
• Communicate and problem solve with SES Project Coordinators, Directors, and Designers daily to fully understand the scope and all expectations for each project.
• Operate and maintain vinyl/graphics application equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while on-site.
• Represent SES in client-facing situations with a professional, positive attitude and exude confidence that our team is driven to find solutions when issues arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background or experience in construction or architecture is a plus.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States 50% of the time.
• Current and unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for consistency.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with ability make decisions independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
