Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Safety Monitor to join our team. This individual will work as part of the safety department and play a crucial role in ensuring safety compliance on our job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain site housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Deliver ice and water to crew members to promote hydration and well-being.

• Relocate restrooms as necessary to support site operations.

• Erect barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public.

• work closely with the safety department.

Qualifications:

• Must be local to the area.

• Previous experience in solar or construction is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay:

• Competitive pay rate of $16 - $18 per hour.
