Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Utilites Construction Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will be overseeing operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, managing resources efficiently, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Supervision and Coordination: Supervise the construction crew, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and safely. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction, make decisions to resolve problems, and communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members.

Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred

Foreman training or certification is preferred

Understanding of work optimization methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
