We need a sitter to accompany a client, Starting date TBA

These are the requirements:

1. CPR/ FIRST AID Certification (Mandatory)

2. Social Security Card (COPY)

3. Driver’s license (COPY)

4. Current Auto insurance (COPY)

5. Current TB Skin test result (mandatory) / if positive in the past, then Chest X-ray Result

6. COVID-19 Vaccine Record/Card (important but not mandatory)

Mondays-Fridays 5pm-10pm
