    Job Description

    Skechers Digital is looking for a project manager to lead various projects serving Skechers direct-to-consumer business, including U.S. and international e-commerce, product promotions and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with creative teams, content assets, and developer teams.

    They will reinforce clear processes that are consistent with digital best practices and Agile development, create and track collaborative project plans, manage team tasks, communicate plans and status to team members and stakeholders, handle incoming requests, issues, and other day-to-day interactions as needed to keep projects moving.

    This role will report to the Director of Digital Program Management and become part of a core Digital program team managing and delivering projects to accelerate business growth for Skechers USA.

    _ ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-_

    • Manages projects via effective prioritization, resource allocation, and cross functional collaboration.
    • Manages daily requests and issues via Skechers Jira and Confluence project spaces, as well as email and intake tracking systems as necessary
    • Drives effective delivery of digital ecommerce content projects.
    • Handles incoming requests/issues/questions and then route appropriately to the correct people or address directly if applicable.
    • Coordinate, schedule and lead project meetings with clear agendas and written action items
    • Facilitate information flow between teams, producing written status updates and presentations that explain accomplishments, goals, milestones, risks and issues.
    • Assist digital product teams in clarifying and prioritizing feature requests, development, and deployment.

    • Support eCommerce continuous improvement team with eCommerce domain expertise, superior communication and organizing skills, and solid project management fundamentals

    ** JOB REQUIREMENTS-**

    • Ability to get things done and drive projects to completion
    • Digital savvy with focus on consumer outcomes
    • Ability to simplify and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
    • Knowledge of business process improvement, reporting, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
    • Effective stakeholder communication at all levels of an organization.
    • Basic project management skills
    • Fundamental understanding of Agile method

    _ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-_

    • Experience using Agile methodology and common tools (Jira, Confluence)
    • Experience with enterprise eCommerce, especially Demandware or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    • At least 5 years managing projects in hybrid Agile/waterfall teams
    • 5+ years experience working on digital projects, preferably with eCommerce
    • 2+ years experience working with executive management stakeholders
