    Job Description

    We require a ServiceNow Administrator resource who can play a key role in the managing. Administration and development of ServiceNow Platform services for Skechers. As our ServiceNow Administrator at Skechers, you'll serve as a critical technical resource that will ensure the success of our ServiceNow Platform Service Delivery. You will maintain collaboration and partnerships with the ITSM technical and process teams to define continual improvement of ServiceNow Platform.

    The Role will be focused on Systems Administration and Development including sustained support of the ServiceNow Platform with ITSM, ITBM, PA, ITOM, HAM & SAM subscription packages.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

    •  The ideal candidate will perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HAM, SAM & PA and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.
    • This role will be responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated application suites.
    • Support continuous improvement of ITIL processes implemented on ServiceNow, including incident, problem, change, release, asset and configuration, CMDB, and knowledge
    • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledge base module within ServiceNow
    • Act as an escalation for Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the platform.
    • They will be working closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.
    • Responsibilities also include monitoring the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation
    • They will have to create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs
    • The candidate will have to create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, the script includes, formatters, etc.
    • This role will coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow store.
    • Experience with detailed components of ServiceNow Platform, including applications within ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, PA
    • 2 or more years administering and developing on ServiceNow platform.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design
    • Ability to create and configure forms and screen updates in ServiceNow
    • Experience with IT Service Delivery
    • Must have experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production

     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2+years hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow Platform especially ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, PA suite as admin or developer.
    • 3+ years overall experience in IT Service Management domain.
    • ServiceNow Admin (CSA) is a plus.
    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
    • ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
    • Understanding of ServiceNow Platform on an Enterprise Service Management scale.
