We are looking for motivated individuals looking to start their HVAC careers and make great money. As an entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you'll start with a 10-week in-person training trade school and get paid $25/hr! It doesn't get better than that - earn while you learn from one of the United States' best in-house Learning & Development teams.

You'll start off training with 8-hour days, 5 days a week, with a few days where you will be doing hands-on training with a mentor in the field. Once you're done with training, you'll stay at $25/hr for the first month, and then it switches over to performance/incentive pay so that you can make WAY more than that. Many technicians make well over 6 figures , especially those choosing to go into the sales program.

Key Responsibilities

• MUST be able to pass your EPA 608 Universal exam. (We provide it to you for FREE )
• As an HVAC technician, you will Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties (basically, you'll be the superhero of home comfort)
• Perform routine maintenance and service on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance (preventing breakdowns before they happen)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and provide effective solutions (think Sherlock Holmes but with air conditioning)
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the work performed, answer any questions, and ensure customer satisfaction (no jargon, just plain English)
• All HVAC helpers follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of themselves and others (we're all about safety first, not duct tape first)
