Position Overview: As a Skilled Carpenter / Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. You will oversee a team of skilled professionals, manage project timelines, and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of laborers on various restoration projects.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project deadlines.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a carpenter, with leadership experience preferred.
