    JOB SUMMARY

    Depending on skill level and expertise, the Craftsman will work in a variety of settings using various tools and products to perform general maintenance and home repair duties. These duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Safety and protection are paramount, and the appropriate PPE will be utilized as needed. Some of the areas of service include but are not limited to:

    · Drywall

    · Painting

    · Carpentry

    · Flooring

    · Walls

    · Shelving

    · Fencing

    This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and abilities. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key areas & Tasks

    Customer service

    Engage with customers in a professional, positive, approachable and respectful manner.

    Assist customers with project inquiries, providing information based on your expertise.

    Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

    Trade Work

    Work with precision and care.

    Be creative with ideas especially when the need to pivot arises.

    Follow blueprints as required

    Tools

    Assist in inventory control by conducting stock checks of all necessary tools, equipment and PPE.

    Report on low stock levels to management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Educational and Experience

    Numeracy skills

    Communication skills - both verbal and written.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Manual dexterity

    Time-management skills

    Ability to work in an efficient manner to meet goals.
