    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead our team in providing high-quality care and operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee all aspects of facility management, including regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an expert in skilled nursing facility operations with a passion for driving improvements in patient care, staff development, and overall facility efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Lead and support department heads in achieving operational, financial, and clinical goals.
    • Maintain a high standard of care and service to ensure the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of residents and their families.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control strategies to optimize facility performance.
    • Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier healthcare professionals.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality of care, resident engagement, and employee satisfaction.
    • Monitor and respond to resident and family feedback, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational metrics and compliance documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.
    • In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance for skilled nursing facilities.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop healthcare teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-centered approach.
    • Ability to drive operational improvements and implement best practices in patient care.

    Compensation:

    • Salary: $140,000 per year
