    Position Description
    The Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator will oversee all aspects of the daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering top-tier care. You will be responsible for managing facility resources, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring that the facility upholds its commitment to quality service. You will be working closely with department directors to ensure effective care coordination and resource management while meeting financial and regulatory goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement facility-wide programs, services, and activities, ensuring all align with regulatory and company standards.
    • Continuously review and maintain written policies and procedures to guide operations in compliance with current regulations.
    • Lead recruitment efforts for department directors and key staff members, ensuring a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, delegating authority and responsibilities as necessary to ensure smooth facility management.
    • Ensure the facility maintains survey readiness, consistently meeting state and federal requirements.
    • Work closely with department directors to address operational challenges, improve service delivery, and promote continuous improvement in care quality.
    • Manage the facility's annual budget, ensuring compliance with financial goals and resident fund management.
    • Implement and oversee employee training programs to ensure ongoing development and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Must possess an active, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in long-term care administration.
    • Strong preference for candidates with Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience.
    • NCAL license preferred.

    Compensation

    • Salary: $175K - $200K, commensurate with experience
