DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. • Organizes and manages equipment required to complete daily tasks • Purchases material for the particular jobs • Represents House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise • Completes jobs for customers with 5-star experience • Organizes and manages equipment • Communicates with clients to provide exceptional customer service • At times invoicing and payment completion for every job if not working with a sr tech or lead • Sells further services to customers when approved • Owns marketing around each job site • Performs all other duties as assigned. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. • Computer Skills -: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including record keeping. Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems. • Mathematical Skills –: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Other Qualifications
