About Us: We are a construction company located in East County, serving the San Diego area. We focus on building luxury homes, including custom houses, room additions, backyard spaces, guest houses, and full home remodels. We’re looking for skilled workers who have experience in construction and take pride in their work.

A Must:

Own a truck/van that is properly insured

Have your own tools for construction work

Have experience as a Craftsman (framers, carpenters, or other skilled trades)

Be confident in your skills

Be good at solving problems and fixing issues

Have good communication skills and be easy to work with

Be professional in how you look and act

Requirements:

Be able to pass a drug test

Have a strong work ethic

Have 3-5 years of experience
