Skin Cancer Surgery Center is looking for a part-time employee who has both supervisory experience and Mohs Lab experience. Our ideal candidate would work 7:30 am - 1:00 pm Monday- Thursday. The Mohs Lab Supervisor will be responsible for leading a successful team of Mohs techs who will be processing, embedding, cutting, and staining quality frozen specimens to support our Mohs team of physicians at our clinic. In this role, we seek a Mohs Lab Supervisor experienced in overall management and daily operations activities. You will directly oversee the Mohs techs, lab processes, and team schedules. The ideal candidate will have comfort and familiarity working within the Mohs lab and the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate staffing to cover all shifts. This will entail managing all aspects related to the lab, equipment, and respective maintenance thereof, supplies, and collaborating with our leadership team.
