We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist with a passion for sales, nurturing leads, fostering customer relationships while crushing the competition.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through incoming calls, chats and emails to present our products.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Organize and track potential sales leads and follow-ups using our CRM.
- Research potential leads from digital resources and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in eCommerce but not limited.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
