Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· ANSWERING LARGE AMOUNT OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS
· SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
· FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
· MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS
· PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION
REQUIREMENTS:
· WORKS WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
· ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-DRIVEN AND LIKES TO PROBLEM SOLVE
· GREAT COMPUTER SKILLS

Salary: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
