GENERAL SUMMARY
Coordinates, orders, receives, organizes, controls, tracks, and issues the parts, tools, equipment, consumables and supplies used in the daily organizational, administrative and technical operations of the Slot Operations Department. Monitors and maintains an adequate level of inventory parts and consumables. Inputs all activity into a computer database. Maintains inventory control and maintenance oversight for all radios, batteries, headsets, and/or other electronic equipment used throughout the department. Generally acts on own initiative and directions. Prepares essential written reports and inventories related to the job.
CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
- Locates, prices, and submits written requisitions to purchase inventory items. Tracks status of all open requisitions and purchase orders, including back orders, for expected receipt of shipments. Receives shipments from warehouse and verifies order is complete.
- Organizes and maintains the storage of inventory items in a safe and secure manner. Labels and enters new items database tracking system and tracks daily activity.
- Monitors and maintains par levels of inventory parts and consumables.
- Responsible for the overall distribution, inventory control and stock of all written forms used throughout the Slot Operations department.
- Ensures ticket printer paper is loaded out weekly while maintaining the Viejas ticket printer paper (case) Locker Ledger.
- Responsible for the overall inventory and maintenance oversight of all radios, batteries, headsets, MC70s and/or other operational equipment for the Slot Operations department including those used by the Guest Service Call Center, Slot Operations and Slot Performance. Ensures radios and other electronic devices are sent out for repairs and properly receipted upon return. Performs minor repairs and/or replacement of items such as handheld microphones, cords, camel backs, etc. Stocks an adequate inventory of replacement headsets and replacement parts. Maintains the Slot Representative Earpiece Ledger.
- Responsible for the operation and upkeep of multiple storerooms as well as other spaces throughout the department.
- Generates and tracks work orders directed to other casino departments.
- Responsible for the proper disposal and/or retirement of fixed and non-fixed assets and coordination of waste materials disposal.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the IS400 Engraver
- Tracks and issues inventory items, including parts, tools, equipment, and supplies. Ensures that parts are installed in the slot machine for which they were ordered. Inputs all activity into computer database.
- Arranges for the repair or replacement of parts from manufacturers. Monitors and tracks parts according to whether the machines are leased or owned by the Casino in order to ensure that the proper type of credit is received (pay versus exchange for free).
- Tracks any inventory received, billable labor from service calls, and check requests for payment.
- Performs monthly departmental cycle counts for inventory items valued at $100 or more. Performs quarterly cycle counts for the Accounting Department of inventory assets valued at $100 or more.
- Maintains all MSDS sheets for chemicals used in lab.
- Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings.
- Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players’ club program.
- Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members.
- Basic mathematical skills, such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Required Experience
** EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION**
- High school diploma or General education degree (GED).
- Successful completion of training instruction in the repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
