THE POSITION:

Acting as the face of Smart Green Solar you will be responsible to find qualified homeowners who have interest in making the switch to Solar. First and foremost, you will act as an Educator offering insight as to why NOW is the time to go green while helping the homeowner save money on their monthly Utility Bill.

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN! This is an Excellent Role for recent Grads, those who have been in the restaurant industry and those looking to make a career change!

COMPENSATION PLAN:

• Weekly Salary ($500) plus Generous Commission Structure
• Commission for both Appointments Scheduled and those that result in a Sale
• Average Annual Earnings $52,000 with top performers making up to $90k!
• Medical, Dental and Vision available after 60 days of employment
• Monthly Company Outings - Dave and Busters, Bowling, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the office daily for Team Meeting
• Hit the road each day with your Team in search of qualified homeowners
• Must be able to Overcome Objections and use Company Rebuttals
• Schedule appointments with homeowners for our Sales Representatives
• Meet Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets set by Management
• Must be able to Self Manage and have a strong commitment to success

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be an excellent communicator and highly motivated
• Should have a Positive Mental Attitude and Desire to be Successful
• Someone who sets S.M.A.R.T. Goals for themselves
• Must be able to have reliable transportation to and from the office
• Must be 18 or older and be able to work 12pm-8pm Monday through Friday
• Some Saturdays may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
