    Smart Stack Impact is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support our clients with their inquiries and requests. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist clients with account inquiries, service requests, and general information about Smart Stack Impact's services and offerings
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
    • Provide support to the Customer Service team and assist with special projects as needed

    Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
