JOB SUMMARY

As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide a high level of customer service to our clinicians. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a good business relationship with clinicians by being reactive and proactive to their needs. This role acts a liaison between our clinicians and operations team, identifying issues and providing satisfactory resolution. You will work closely with the recruiting team and credentialing to ensure a satisfactory clinician experience, escalating issues as appropriate within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive inbound clinician calls, emails, and text messages.
• Create a positive experience for the clinician by consistently providing superior service and exceeding expectations.
• Effectively and completely handle all inquiries including but not limited to contracts, logistics/travel, assignments, and payroll.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Outbound calls, text messages, and emails

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple software solutions- technologically savvy.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of customer service experience.
•  Experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
•  Availability to work rotating weekends.
•  Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite. 
•  Ability to successfully work remotely, until a return to office date is established.
