We provide you the tools and training needed to be successful in the role - no cold calling!

Compensation is competitive and includes an uncapped bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Contact nurses to fill open shifts and assignments at various facilities across the United States.
• Manage the nursing assignment from beginning to end.
• Ensure nurse documentation is received in a timely manner.
• Serve as contact person for questions from sourced nurses.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Google Office Suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• High-energy and passion
