Our client, a well-established boutique litigation law firm located in the heart of downtown Arlington, Texas, is actively seeking an experienced Probate Litigation/Inheritance Dispute Attorney to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Take on a leadership role in managing complex probate litigation and inheritance dispute cases.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and paralegals to develop effective case strategies.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and prepare relevant legal documents related to probate matters.
- Represent clients in probate court, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to inheritance disputes.
- Mentor and support junior attorneys, sharing your expertise and knowledge in probate law.
- Engage in client meetings, providing top-notch legal counsel in matters related to probate and inheritance disputes.
- Build and maintain client relationships, actively contributing to the firm's business development efforts in the probate practice area.
Requirements:
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas is a must, with eligibility for federal court admission.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of litigation experience, with a proven track record in handling probate trials and complex inheritance cases.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically in probate matters.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in the context of probate litigation.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to ethical practices.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture, specifically in the context of probate and inheritance law.
- Business contacts or a book of business in probate matters is a significant advantage.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
