Our client, a well-established boutique litigation law firm located in the heart of downtown Arlington, Texas, is actively seeking an experienced Probate Litigation/Inheritance Dispute Attorney to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Take on a leadership role in managing complex probate litigation and inheritance dispute cases.
2. Collaborate with senior lawyers and paralegals to develop effective case strategies.
3. Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and prepare relevant legal documents related to probate matters.
4. Represent clients in probate court, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to inheritance disputes.
5. Mentor and support junior attorneys, sharing your expertise and knowledge in probate law.
6. Engage in client meetings, providing top-notch legal counsel in matters related to probate and inheritance disputes.
7. Build and maintain client relationships, actively contributing to the firm's business development efforts in the probate practice area.

Requirements:

1. Admission to the State Bar of Texas is a must, with eligibility for federal court admission.
2. A minimum of 5-10 years of litigation experience, with a proven track record in handling probate trials and complex inheritance cases.
3. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically in probate matters.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in the context of probate litigation.
5. High level of professionalism and a commitment to ethical practices.
6. Desire to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture, specifically in the context of probate and inheritance law.
7. Business contacts or a book of business in probate matters is a significant advantage.
8. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
