JOB TITLE: Recruiting Assistant

JOB SCOPE: Admin/ Clerical 

SCHEDULE: Part time, Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 2:00PM

PAY: $14.00 per hour to $14.50 per hour BOE 

DUTIES: Assist in our recruiting team by completing the following tasks 

• Posting and sharing of our open jobs on recruiting platforms and job websites
• Contacting each applicant via phone call to schedule an interview
• Assist our recruiters with employment registration and other tasks as necessary
• Complete compliance requirements in VMS software for our national accounts 
• Any other related tasks as assigned by branch manager

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School graduation required
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Must be able to complete a criminal background check
• Must have vehicle

SKILLS:

• Exceptional communication skills 
• Organizational skills 
• Basic Computer skills
• Conflict Management skills
