Role Description:

As a Snow Removal Subcontractor at Lansing Lawn & Snow, you will use your own truck and snow removal equipment to clear parking lots and sidewalks. This role is ideal for those who own the necessary equipment and want to focus on delivering high-quality snow removal services without handling the business aspects.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

Own vehicle and snow plow or sidewalk snow removal equipment

Reliable transportation and attendance

Ability to be on call for winter storms, including late nights and early mornings

Experience with operating required equipment and tools

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind)

Responsibilities as a Snow Removal Subcontractor at Lansing Lawn & Snow:

Perform snow removal for parking lots and sidewalks using your own equipment.

Spread salt on sidewalks using your equipment or by hand with salt provided by us (Lansing Lawn & Snow will handle salting for parking lots in-house).

Inspect all work to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Complete required paperwork and/or data entry daily, following company policies and procedures.
