We are urgently seeking experienced snow plowers to join our team in Burlington, CT for the upcoming winter season. If you have your own vehicle equipped with a snow plow and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Plow and clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and roadways as assigned.
• Ensure all properties are safely cleared and accessible after each snowstorm.
• Ensure all properties are adequately salted.
• Maintain proper snow plowing equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, especially during inclement weather.
• Work in varying conditions, including snow, ice, and extreme cold.

Requirements:

• Own a vehicle equipped with a snow plow is required.
• Previous snow plowing experience required.
• Ability to work in cold weather conditions and overnight shifts as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation.

Benefits:
