Soccer Shots Franchising is looking for a new Franchise Business Consultant to provide ongoing support and training to 30-35 franchise partners (small businesses) as they build and grow their local Soccer Shots operation!

Franchise Business Consultants empower our franchisees to achieve their goals as business owners, ultimately bettering our brand and enhancing the Soccer Shots experience for the children and families we serve.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Act as a conduit/liaison between the Soccer Shots Franchise Support Center (Soccer Shots Franchising) and our franchisees across the US and Canada.

Provide 1:1 support to 30-35 franchise partners and their teams

Provide accountability in franchise performance (using KPIs and strategic planning tools) and adherence to brand standards

Administer individual and group training

Consult inter-departmentally on projects and initiatives

We're looking for hard-working, team players with:

Experience in marketing, sales, business development, training, team building, and/or operations

Strong business acumen

Growth mindset and passion for business development

Passion for serving children

Customer Service mentality

Ability to travel up to 30%

An ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high-quality work

Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement and growth
