Job Offer
We are looking for a Part Time Coaching Coordinator in the Northern Kentucky area (Florence, Hebron, Union, Independence, Covington, Fort Mitchell).
Hours:
The Coaching Coordinator will work an anticipated 20 hours per week
This will consist of coaching and leading the PT coaching staff
The standard work week will be Monday to Friday during select times of 8am - 5pm. Some Saturdays maybe required for coaching cover
Compensation Description:
Salary: $17 per hour coaching sessions rate
Salary: $15 per hour non coaching role rate

Job Description:
The Coaching Coordinator serves the team by carrying out the following responsibilities:
Responsibility 1--Coaching/ Coaching Evaluations:
Coaches 15-20 sessions per week during seasons– meets all requirements in the coaching job description
Trains and evaluates new coaches—providing specific feedback to ensure the coach is trained to manage sessions independently
Leads demos and parent tables at existing and new schools
Co-leads the coach’s corner at weekly staff meetings (Zoom/Teams call)
Preform season evaluations for all territory coaches, and provide each with feedback
Evaluate new coaches provide LT with feedback (grade for each prospective coach)
Introduce coaches at new schools to start each season
Responsibility 2--Administrative:
Assist the Executive Director with other administrative responsibilities as needed
Attend all weekly L10 meetings
Coordinate new coaches visits with recruiter
Distribute all prizes and certificates to coaches as well as any equipment throughout seasons
Responsibility 3--Marketing and Communications:
Help schedule all demos for new and existing schools
Run or assist in the running of all demos at schools
Assist with communication to coaches regarding program updates via email, text (GroupMe)
Provides updates to leadership team at weekly Level 10 meeting (how coaches are doing)
Assist with other marketing and communication responsibilities as needed
Daily Communications with coaches scheduled for that day
Minimum Requirements (similar alternate experience accepted)
1+ year coaching experience
1+ year experience working with children (e.g. daycare, preschool teacher, elementary school staff, etc.)
High school diploma
Driver’s license
Comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings
Strong organization, communication and management skills
Key Performance Measures (KPM):
Demonstrates the “Soccer Shots Way” in behavior, conduct, dress, and coaching as to set the example for the rest of the coaching staff
Completes weekly scorecard items and quarterly rocks
Contributes weekly to Level 10 leadership meetings and arrives prepared to share updates on scorecard and rocks and on coaching of new and existing team members
Reviews curriculum and preps coaches
When not coaching, is present in the office to provide support when needed
Checks emails and messages regularly and responds within 24 hours (emails) and 2 hours (texts) – during normal business hours

Annual Performance Review, to be conducted in December of every calendar year
