We are looking for a Director of Coaching who's job would entail:

Coaches evaluations

Small weekly coaching schedule as a lead coach

Coaches clinics

Customer relations (with school directors and Parents)

Social media responsibilities

Hiring of new coaches

Training of new coaches

Creating weekly curriculum review videos

Creating weekly news videos for coaches

Scheduling weekly curriculum emails

Running our Christian Soccer Leagues

Starting salary $30,000 a year and we offer growth potential within the company.

Requirements

5 years prior coaching experience

2 years leadership experience

2 years early childhood experience

Passion for the Soccer Shots Mission

Outstanding verbal and written communications

Strong project management skills

Extremely energetic and outgoing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The job description above is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Typical/expected hours are Mondays 12pm-6pm, Tues-Fri 9am-6pm & Sat, 8:30am-11:30pm (occasional evening/weekend events). DOC gets an hour of downtime/lunch break a day.

Job location: Office is located in Mandarin. On-site at preschools, daycares, elementary schools and various public locations (i.e. parks, churches etc.) throughout the Nassau, Duval, Clay and St Johns Counties.

Reliable Transportation: Must have a safe and reliable car, valid license, car insurance and clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test
